I lean towards solution-focused work. I like to come up with goals that the client would like to meet so they can feel accomplished. I also focus on grief and how to navigate through it and hold space for it. I'm trauma informed and am certified in EMDR. I also work from a social justice lens. I love to uplift the voices of my clients and make sure they feel seen and heard. I'm person-centered so whatever the client wants to talk about is what we'll focus on.
